Flap Jack Oats

Allergy information:


  • 1c Oatmeal flour
  • 1Tb Flaxseed meal
  • 6tb water
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1c non dairy Milk
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1tb coconut oil melted


  1. In a blender add one cup oatmeal flour until it resembles coarse meal/flour
  2. In a separate bowl mix ground oatmeal flour, baking powder, and salt
  3. In a separate dish mix 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal with 6 tablespoons water
  4. Mix milk, flaxseed mix, mashed banana and coconut oil. Mix will be slightly lumpy because of the mashed bananas
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Pour a little coconut oil on griddle
